Features:

Our playground features multiple swings for all ages and a tiered playset with a lower section suited for younger kids, and the upper section suited for older kids. The park shelter is first come, first served and is not available for reservations. Parties and other events are welcomed. Just please be kind, courteous, and clean.

Features:

The dog park is a large, fenced enclosure with a double gate, doggy waste stations, and benches. Please be a good neighbor and clean up after your pet.

Can't Get In?

Pool access is a privilege dependent on the following criteria:

  • A working pool fob. Pool fobs can break and malfunction over time. If you hold your fob on the glowing logo and nothing happens at all, it might be broken. See section below.

  • The property's HOA account is in good financial standing. ​Pool access will be revoked for properties with outstanding balances over $50. If you hold your fob on the glowing logo, it beeps, and the gate doesn't open, this might be the issue. Please check your HOA account (owners only).

  • Appropriate resident conduct within the community and pool area. Following the pool rules is required. You would have received a letter if this was the reason.


Not sure what the problem is?

Please email Board@TannersCreekHOA.com with your name, address, and the date/time you tried to access the pool area. Please be as specific as possible. Both owners and renters can email.


Resolved the issue and need to get reactivated quickly?

If you took care of your HOA account balance and you would like your fob to be reactivated quickly, please forward the payment receipt email to Board@TannersCreekHOA.com along with your address. Otherwise, your account will be reactivated on the following Friday.


Need a pool fob?

To obtain a new or replacement pool fob you will need to visit Cedar Management, your HOA account needs to be in good standing, and you must be a current resident of Tanners Creek. You will need to bring your photo ID and current lease, if you are renting.


A $25 fee will be billed to the property's HOA account for any issued fob with the following exceptions:

  • Replacements for broken fobs. You must return the broken fob.
  • The initial fob issued when the HOA account is set up after closing.


Tanners Creek is home to many great amenities. These amenities are privately maintained for the exclusive use by current residents. Access to these amenities is not for sale, or available to any non-residents.

Information:

There is a short walking trail through the woods between Tanners Creek Dr and Journeys End Tail. This walking path crosses the creek and can be a fun place for kids to explore.


Our community has 3 ponds - Journeys End Trail, Tanners Creek Dr, Silver Chime Way. The Journeys End Trail and Tanners Creek ponds are easily accessible, and residents enjoy fishing. The Tanners Creek pond has a new bench, trash can, and fountains to enjoy.


We are very fortunate to have lots of community owned land that acts as green space and natural areas. This property is maintained by the HOA for the enjoyment of the community.
