Pool fobs can be obtained or replaced by visiting Cedar Management. Head to thePool page for more information. Lost or missing pool fobs will incur a $25 fee.


...Determine if I can use the pool?

Your access to the community pool is determined by your account standing and previous behavior. Please visit the pool page for more information. If you tried to visit the pool and were denied entry, you will need to contact Cedar Management or your landlord to determine why. Remember, pool access is a privilege. 


...Pay my dues/fines/late fees?

Dues, fines, and late fees can be paid online using the HOA Portal system.


...Attend a board meeting?

Monthly board meetings are closed to residents due to the nature of the issues discussed during the meeting. Residents can request to speak to the board about any topic by contacting them. The Annual Meeting in December is open to all property owners and is usually held online.


...Send a violation to Cedar?

​Anyone can report violations to Cedar for any Tanners Creek property. Snap a picture then email the photo, the address, and your concern to violations@mycmg.com. You will receive a notification that your email has been received.


...Request a violation extension?

Reach out to your board and explain why you are requesting an extension, how long you think you need, and you plan to correct the violation by that date. The board and Cedar will review your request and get back to you.


...Let Cedar know I corrected my violation?

Send an email with a photo to violations@mycmg.com with your address to show you have corrected the violation.


...Dispute a violation?

Think the violation you received is incorrect? Email violations@mycmg.com or your board and explain your position. The board will review your request and Cedar will reply.


...Book a pool party?

Pool parties are at the discretion of the board. There are guidelines and requirements to host a pool party. Please ensure you understand the responsibilities you are agreeing too. Parties during the busiest times of the year are typically not approved. Please see the Pool page for more information.


...Join a committee?

To express interest in joining a Tanners Creek committee please email your board. Committee membership is limited to property owners.


...Replace my broken trash, yard waste, or recycling bin?

Waste Connections handles all of the waste services in our community. You can reach them online here.


...Report a crime to Huntersville Police Department?

Non-Emergency police reports can be filed online using the link on this website. To have an officer visit with you and take a statement, please call 911 and request and officer.


...Report a water leak?

If the leak is in front of a home, in someone's front yard, or in the middle of the road. Please call 311 to speak with a Charlotte Water representative and share the location of the leak. If the leak is on community property, please reach out to the board ASAP.


...Report a burnt-out streetlight?

You can report malfunctioning or burnt-out streetlights to Energy United using this website. You will need to know the closest address and the asset number listed on the pole.


...Connect with my neighbors?

Our neighborhood Facebook page is a great way to connect with your neighbors online. Otherwise, check out one of the awesome community events that take place throughout the year.
