All About the ARC (Architectural Review Committee)
Any and all changes made to the exterior of a property within the community must be approved by the ARC. Changes can include adding/removing landscaping, hard scaping, building construction, fencing installation & replacement, pool installation, and any other changes to the exterior of any property.
ARC requests can take up to 30 days to be approved and may take longer if additional information is required. We suggest reviewing the CCR's below before submitting an ARC request. In many cases, a property survey is required before a request can be approved and is the most common cause for a delay in approval. Most homeowners receive a copy of the property survey at the closing, so check your records before preforming a new survey. Please note there is a $20 fee per ARC request to be paid by the property owner.
ARC guidelines can be found here.
